The architectural approach was one of transformation rather than replacement, adapting a residential framework to accommodate a contemporary office environment. The existing spatial character was carefully reinterpreted to respond to its new purpose, drawing from the material identity of Jatayu Precast and allowing concrete to become both a functional and visual language within the office. Concrete textures and restrained grey tones shape the interiors, bringing depth and continuity across the spaces. Interventions focus on creating clarity, movement, and considered transitions, allowing the familiar framework of the residence to evolve into a purposeful workplace while establishing a material expression rooted in the company’s identity.
